Technology has gone through many phases, and it is one among the strongest tools we have for solving problems related to almost every sphere. One of the major problems that the country is facing these days is related to air pollution. The air we breathe has become poisonous, and many intellectuals in the country are now dedicated to developing technology solutions that could take the hazardous air pollution away from the country.
Similar types of efforts and initiatives have been seen in Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016. The show was dominated by ecofriendly hybrid cars, equipped with green emission technology. Almost every brand has showcased a car in eco-friendly segment.

The concept of
electric and hybrid cars is not new. Automobile companies have been working in
this direction for a long time so that the technology can be implemented in the
real world. Electric and hybrid cars seem to be the only solution in today’s situation.
They can save our environment from hazardous side effects of pollution, which is
driving companies’ dedication to continue making the newer versions better than
the previous. It would not be wrong to say that future of automobile industry truly
lies in hybrid cars.
Good Year Tyre
Tyre making companies also do not want to stay behind in making a valuable contribution towards a better environment. The tyre maker Good Year is ready to roll out its BHO3 concept tire really soon in the market.
It is an energy generating tyre that can charge an electric car on the go and in the parking position as well. It comes with a built-in heat motion sensor that captures heat from tyre and motion from the road, combines and converts them into electricity. When the car is parked in sunlight, it traps the sun’s energy and converts it into electricity that further act as charging source for the car.

Such types of inventions are a major breakthrough as far as the recent situations are concerned. Undoubtedly, this technology is making the world a better place to live because clean air leads to healthy lives that is the core of happy living.
Attempts of Indian Government
Indian Government is also trying its best to remove the dark clouds of pollution from the sky of national’s capital. Delhi government has taken an initiative and tried odd-even formula in the national capital during the beginning of New Year 2016 for some time, but it is hard to implement such rules as of now because of poor public transportation.
The Supreme Court also put a temporary ban on diesel run SUVs and luxury cars with engine capacity of 2000cc till March 31, 2016 in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Delhi.
Delhi or we can say the whole India is a rising market for automobile companies, the only thing that can help India in curbing pollution in such a situation is to encourage the usage of electric hybrid cars. It will make the lives of ours and our future generations better.
When a thing develops, we generally ignore the other one. Same thing has happened to us, we kept on trying precipitately for the industrial and economic growth and that took a toll on our environment. Today, we are in a situation that we are forced to breathe poisonous air. But, technology has paved the way for a brighter future with introduction of hybrid cars. We, as responsible citizens also have the duty to keep the environment clean as much as possible, also we should try to adapt the latest technology of hybrid cars for a better tomorrow.
