This legal win on Friday came one year after CEO Tim Cook assumed the direct the firm. This week apple climbed the biggest market value in history i.e. climbed almost 2% to a record high of $675 in after-hours trade. Apple lawyers have planned to formally demand Samsung to pull its most popular cellphones and computer tablets from the US market.
